Orca Whales found mimic human speeches (Hello & Bye Bye)

Its an amazing news recently that was caught with our mind, that human has finally found a member of a Dolphin family mimicking human speeches. A killer whale ORCA named WIKI belonging to a dolphin family which was taken under custody for study & research 14 years back Marineland aquarium in Antibes, France has been giving fruitful results that it can mimic human speeches such as Hello, bye-bye etc.

To do so, the researchers presented Wikie with recordings of unfamiliar sounds and words spoken by trainers, which the whale was then instructed to copy as in-air vocalizations (rather than underwater). Previous sessions with Wikie had already trained her to respond to a "do this" command for a fish reward, the study authors reported.


Then, the scientists compared her calls with the original sounds using dynamic time warping (DTW), an algorithm that maps two linear sequences, calculating where they match. The researchers also had blindfolded judges listen to audio samples — original and orca-produced — and decide whether the recordings sounded similar.

The good news for CSK & Dhoni fans is CSK is back on IPL 2018.

 IPL auction has commenced on JAN 28 2018 at Bengaluru with all eight freanchaise teams available for auction. Gujarat Lions and Rising Sun Pune has been left out as their replacement schedule has been over by 2017. The key highlights of the auctions are

The Selection committee of CSK was keen on picking up the core team and they have succeeded in doing that by picking Faf Du Plesis, Dwayne Bravo and holding MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina & Ravinder Jadeja as their retained players.

But CSK fans were expecting Ashwin to play for CSK as the local boy has played some vital role in many CSK successful matches. Also they never picked up Murali Vijay who is another local boy who had contributed to a lot to CSK in IPL. CSK opening run getter and fierceful player McCullum was missed out too.

CSK has not focused on bowlers so faar. There is no spear head pace attack bowler picked up so faar. CSK tried to pick Mitchele Starc but stopped its call when he exceeds 7 crore and finally picked by KKR for 9.6 Crore.

They have picked Harbajan & Ambati Rayudu who were considered as drained out players by Mumbai Indians. TN Government losing 40 Crore a Day !!Govt has mortgaged buses & Land in bank !!!Shocking Report!!!!

Tamil nadu state Government is losing 40 Crore a day because of inefficient Administration has been reviewed and reported recently.

 The state government's (PSUs) Public Sector Undertakings projects and sectors were under loss every day including power, transport & sugar. Net loss by the sectors run by the government as hogh as 14, 869 Crore for the banking year ended March 31, 2015. The introduction of small bus concept was totally a disaster attempt by the government to compromise the loss to some extent. It was a failure and it has added extra burden to the state government on its debts accounts.

The State-run Public Sector Units (PSUs) have an accumulated loss of Rs. 65,440 crore from its 65 units including one statutory corporation for the year ended March 31, 2015, according to the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India report 2016 on Public Sector Undertakings. The net loss of these PSUs stood at Rs.14, 868 crore. 

The Government's Transport & Power sectors comprises 40% of the total loss claiming up to 16,833 Crore as per CAG report.

Tamil nadu state government is running at an accumulated loss of Rs 65,440 crore from its 64 PSUs. When it came to power generation sector, accumulated loss for the two entitiesTamil Nadu General and Distribution Corp Ltd (Tangedco) and Tamil Nadu Transmission Corp Ltd (Tantransco) stood at Rs 52,465.5 crore and Rs 2,487.4 crore respectively.

The CAG report also noted that there were seven non-working PSUs, including one under liquidation. The state had invested as much as Rs 152.88 crore in these defunct enterprises with notable write-offs in manufacturing and agricultural sectors.

Tamil Nadu's public sector enterprises have run up accumulated losses of nearly `65,000 crore. The bulk of this debt comes from utilities,- transport and power. This is the main reason consider for the recent increase in the the tariffs, bus ticket fares, power prices increase also in due after this raise in ticket tariffs- Increase in the electricity tarrif is expected to be announced after the ticket fare panic among citizens settles down.

The government has postponed the raising of tariffs for largely political reasons such as internal party affairs and recent poll elections losses.

The analysis by CAG showed an infructuous expenditure of Rs. 4.41 crore by Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited. This firm allowed its contractor to adopt a new technology for towing of submarine without adequate precaution, which led to a loss, apart from not establishing a Maritime Heritage Museum, an objective.

Coming to TNSTC which is currently a night mare for Tamil nadu people about the recent increase in Ticket tariff, three of the eight Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporations (TNSTC) — Coimbatore, Madurai and Metropolitan Transport Corporation (Chennai) — have accumulated liabilities to the tune of ₹2,494 crore by way of having mortgaged not just their buses, but also land and buildings including depots.

This information was revealed by replies given by TNSTC authorities to a petition under the Right to Information Act filed by Madurai-based activist and founder of Makkal Vizhippunarvu Arakkatallai, K. Hakkim (36). While MTC, TNSTC-Madurai and TNSTC-Coimbatore have given replies, TNSTC-Salem has refused to divulge the information.  Loans are given for normal operations, replacement of buses, capital works etc.

At ₹1,549.6 crore, TNSTC Coimbatore leads among the three in loans taken by way of mortgaging its movable and immovable properties. MTC has raised a total loan of ₹580.63 crore and TNSTC-Madurai, ₹363.82 crore. A senior MTC official said the properties were pledged for cash requirements for day-to-day operations.

The mortgaging of buildings, bus terminus, as well as depots has raised many concerns among public and medias.

As per the senior transport official "Not just property, but employee funds like provident fund, insurance and retirement benefits have been ploughed into the transport corporations to run the show"

MH370 விமானத்தை பற்றிய திடுக்கிடும் தகவல்கள் !!!! ஒரு அதிர்ச்சி ரிப்போர்ட் !!!! 

  

கடந்த 2014-ஆம் ஆண்டு  மார்ச் 8-ல் மலேசிய தலைநகர் கோலாலம்பூரிலிருந்து சீனா தலைநகர் பீஜிங்குக்கு  மலேசியன் ஏர்லைன்ஸ் விமானம் புறப்பட்டுச் சென்றது. விமானத்தில் 239 பேர் இருந்தனர். இந்திய பெருங்கடலில் டைகோ கார்சியா தீவு அருகே வந்த போது தகவல் தொடர்பு துண்டிக்கப்பட்டு விமானம் மாயமானது. 

26 நாடுகள் 58 விமானங்கள் 43 கப்பல்கள் பல வருடங்கள் என தேடியும் இன்றளவும் விடை தெரியாத மர்மமாக உள்ளது விமானத்தை பற்றிய உண்மைகள்.  விமானம் கடலில் விழுந்துவிட்டது என்று அதிகாரபூர்வமாக அறிவித்துவிட்டது மலேசியா அரசு.

239 பயணிகளுடன் பரந்த விமானத்திற்கு எனவாகிருக்கலாம் என்ற கணிப்புகள் மட்டுமே இப்போது கிடைத்திருக்கிறது . ஆனால் விடை கிடைக்காத பல கேள்விகள் அந்த விமானத்துடன் புதைந்து கிடக்கிறது .

இந்த மர்மத்தை விசாரிக்க முன் வந்த அமெரிக்க அரசு சில திடுக்கிடும் தகவல்களை வெளியிட்டனர். அதாவது விமானம் புறப்பட்ட இடத்திலிருந்து காணாமல் போன பிறகு மேற்கு நோக்கி பறந்திருக்கிறது பின்பு வட கிழக்காக  திரும்பி அந்தமான் நோக்கி பறந்திருப்பதாக தகவல் வெளியிட்டனர் . விமானம் காணாமல் போன பிறகு 7 மணி நேரம் பணித்திருக்கிறது என்று உறுதியாக கூறுகின்றனர்.

விமானத்தை ஓட்டி சென்ற விமானி விமானத்தை பல்வேறு உயரத்தில் ஒட்டி சென்றிருக்கிறார் குறிப்பாக 45000 அடியிலிருந்து 23000 அடி வரை இந்த மாற்றம் இருந்துள்ளது என்று கணித்துள்ளனர். இவவாறு மிக குறைவான குத்துயரத்தில் பறந்ததால் ரேடார் கருவியால் கண்டறிய பட முடியவில்லை.

இவ்வளவு தொழில்நுட்ப முன்னோடிகள் இருந்தும் எதனால் இன்னும் இந்த விமானம் பற்றி உண்மைகளை கண்டறிய  முடியவில்லை என்று பலதரபட்ட மக்களால் கேள்விகள் எழுந்துள்ளன .

இந்த மர்மம் பற்றி பல்வேறு மாற்று  கருத்துக்கள் நிலவி வருகின்ற நிலையில் சில சர்ச்சையான கருத்துக்களும் மேலோங்கி உள்ளன . அவற்றில் சிலவற்றை இந்த பதிப்பில்  பதிவிடுகிறோம் .

இந்த முறையை பயன்படுத்தி விமானத்தை யாரோ ஒருவரோ அல்லது குழுவோ அல்லது ஒரு நாடோ இந்த அசாத்தியமான கடத்தலை நிகழ்த்தியிருக்கலாம் என்று ஒரு பிரிவினர் கருதுகின்றனர் .

ரஷ்ய பிரதமர் புட்டினுக்கு தெரியும் 

ரஷ்ய அரசின் உளவு செயற்கை கோல் இந்த விபத்தை பற்றிய கோணத்தை பதிவு செய்திருக்கிறது என்றும் அவற்றை வெளியிட புடின் தடை விதித்திருக்கிறார் என்றும் ஒரு கருத்து நிலவிவருகிறது . இந்த செய்தியை வெளியிட்டால் உலக அரங்கில் உளவு செயற்கை கோல் பற்றிய தகவலை வெளியிடவேண்டிய நிர்பந்தம் ஏற்படும் என்பதாலும் புடின் தகவலை வெளியிட மறுத்துவிட்டார் என்றும் கூறுகின்றனர்.

229வது பயணி யார்?

229 பயணிகள் மாயம் என்று அரசு விடுத்த தகவல் அறிக்கையில் ஒரு மர்மம் உள்ளது . அந்த விமானத்தில் 226 பணிகளும் 12 விமான குழுவினர் (மொத்தம் 229) பட்டியலின் படி இருக்க எப்படி 229 பேர் என்று அரசு அறிவித்தனர் . அந்த 229 ஆக சேர்க்கப்பட்ட ஒருவனால் தான் விமானம் கடத்தப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் என்று ஒரு பிரிவினர் கருதுகின்றனர். ஆனால் அரசு பயணிகள் பட்டியலில் சில மாற்றங்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் பயணிகள் கணக்கில் யாரும் கூடுதலாக சேர்க்க படவில்லை என்றும் கூறியிருக்கிறது.

விமானியின் நாச வேலையா ??

விமானம் 7 மணி நேரம் வேறு திசையில் பரந்திருக்கிறது . விமானத்தின் அனைத்து தகவல் கருவிகளும் செயலிழக்க பெற்றுருக்கிறது. வெவ்வேறு உயரங்களில் பறந்திருக்கிறது  . இவை அனைத்தும் விமானியின் துணை இல்லாமல் நிகழ்ந்திருக்க சாத்தியம் இல்லை என்றும் இந்த கடத்தல் சதி திட்டத்திற்கு விமானி பெரிதும் உதவிருக்கலாம் என்று ஒரு கருத்து நிலவுகிறது .

ஏலியன்களால் கடத்தப்பட்டதா ?

மலேசியாவில் கடந்த 12 வருடங்களாக UFO ஆங்காங்கே தென்பட்டதற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் மிக அதிக அளவில் பதிவிட பட்டிருக்கிறது. விமானம் காணாமல் போன அதே காலாண்டில் ஏலியன்களின் UFO இதற்கு முன்பு இல்லாத அளவிற்கு அதிக தருணங்களில் தென்பட்டதாக அறிவியல் வல்லுநர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர். விமானம் காணாமல் போனதற்கும் ஏலியன்களுக்கும் கண்டிப்பாக சம்மந்தம் இருக்கிறது என்று ஒரு பிரிவினர் உறுதியாக நம்புகின்றனர்.

9/11 போன்ற விமான தாக்குதலுக்கு பயன்படுத்துவதற்காக திருட பட்டிருக்கலாம்.அந்த முயற்சி தோல்வி அடைந்து விமானத்தை வேறு திசைக்கு கொண்டு சென்று சிதைத்திருக்கலாம் .

ENGINE பழுது அடைந்திருக்கலாம் ஆதலால் விமானி விமானத்தை வேறு திசையில் பத்திரமாக தரை இறக்க நினைத்து தோல்வி அடைந்திருக்கலாம்.

விமானி தற்கொலை செய்து கொள்ள விமானத்தை பயன் படுத்திருக்கலாம் .

விமானம் கடத்தப்பட்டு பயணிகளின் உடல் உறுப்புகள் திருடப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் . 

விமானத்தை தவறுதலாக ராணுவம் சுட்டு வீழ்த்தியிருக்கலாம் .

இவ்வாறு பல கருத்துக்கள் நிலவினாலும் இதுவரையிலும் மாயமான விமானம் குறித்து உறுதியான தகவல் ஏதும் வெளியாகாத நிலையில் அனைத்து கருத்துக்களும் கற்பனையாக தான் பார்க்க வேண்டி உள்ளது.
